Solutions: The Secretarial Team of the Manchester Urology Practice

With Consultants dragged from pillar to post and across a range of clinics due to the pandemic, working from home for the secretarial team, presented new challenges.

Add to that long term sickness, limited access to office equipment, meant that the collective of secretaries had to pull together more than ever before.

Long hours, support of each other and a huge dose of determination (and still ongoing), has meant that the consultants and patients have been able to carry on.
