Brand Addition is a leading global provider of branded and promotional merchandise, and recently floated on the LSE.

The HR team is small but leading from the front, Jo made sure that everyone in the business received regular communications, sent regular guidance documents to ensure that everyone had access to every piece of information available, and once a phased return to the work place began, carried out a consultation survey ensuring that each individuals circumstances were taken into account.
