About Nick

Nick is trained in a number of coaching methodologies and uses his skills to generate “best performance” from both teams and individuals.

Specialising in “performance workshops”, Nick delivers improved results and team engagement,  working with a range of SME’s, Corporates and International organisations both at home and overseas in the public and private sectors.

All of the MasterClass Programmes use his own methodology “RAIL”.

With a strong business background gained in UK “Blue Chip” organisations while managing high performing teams of up to 200, Nick has an in depth knowledge of the principles of mutual respect, trust, passion, belief, leadership and the glue that underpins all of that “communication”.

A Judge at the UK Customer Service Training Awards for the last four years, and at the WOW Awards in London in 2015/2016/2017.

His first-hand knowledge and experience of what it takes to be a winner has been used to very practical effect.
